Apartment booking


Your booking is not confirmed until Weflating Apartments receives the pre-payment of 30%, and you receive the confirmation email from Weflating Apartments

This confirmation email contains all your booking details


Cancellation policy

All cancellations or changes must be made via email. Cancellations or changes by phone are not accepted.
     

  •  Booking deposit: 30% of the total amount may be charged anytime after booking.
  •  If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, there are no costs.   
  •  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 30% of the total will be charged.

 
Payment

On arrival, you must pay the rental balance and the refundable damage deposit. The payment method is described in more detail in your reservation confirmation email.

Refundable security deposit.

To cover possible damage to the apartment, the client must pay a security deposit by credit card on arrival. This is €200.
The full amount of the security deposit will be refunded after the stay as long as all conditions have been met. The payment must be made by credit card. If, for some exceptional reason, the payment is made in cash, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer, with transfer costs paid by the customer.
The deposit will be retained, in whole or in part, if there is any damage caused to the apartment by the customer during their stay. In addition, there is a fee of €50 if the apartment is not vacated in a reasonably clean and tidy state (e.g. furniture moved around, dirty kitchen, accumulation of rubbish).
The price includes VAT (10%), weekly cleaning, end of stay cleaning and utilities: water, energy and telecommunications.
However, the following are not included:
• Additional services that the client can request for an extra charge.
• Cleaning
The price paid includes a weekly cleaning service and cleaning at the end of the stay. If the client's stay is longer than 1 week, an extra set of sheets and towels will be provided. Even though this service is provided, the client is responsible for keeping the apartment clean, removal of waste and vacating it reasonably clean and tidy.

Check-in/check-out

Check-in starts at 15:00 pm Check-out is before 11.00 am.

We will always attempt to accommodate early arrivals or late departures, but this is depended upon previous bookings.

Please note that there is a surcharge for late check ins:
 

  • later than 21:30 there is an extra of 30€. 
  • later than 23.30 there is an extra of 50€. 
  • later than 01:30 there is an extra of 70€

 
Number and identity of guests

The client should inform Weflating apartments of the number of guests in the booking. Any extra person out of the reservation is strongly not allowed, unless expressly authorized by Weflating and on payment of a surcharge, (children under 2 years old exempted from payment)

Liability

Use of the apartment. By booking on this website, the client and those accompanying him or her undertake to make appropriate use of the rented apartment; in all cases Weflating is exempt from any liability for damages that may be caused by this use.
Valuables. Weflating takes no responsibility for any valuables that the client takes to and/or leaves in the apartment.
Damage caused. The client is responsible for any damage caused in the apartment, except as regards normal wear and tear from everyday use of the apartment. If the keys are lost, the client must pay the costs of making copies and/or changing the locks.

Other conditions


Pets. The presence of animals in the apartments is not allowed.
No smoking. Smoking is not permitted in the apartments, except on balconies, terraces, courtyards and gardens. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine of up to 200 Euros to cover the costs of cleaning the upholstery, curtains and bedspreads.
Specific rules for each apartment. The house rules are set out at the arrival time and give guidelines regarding the routine functional aspects of the apartment (e.g. quiet at certain times, rubbish disposal, etc.) Obviously, these rules must be respected; they are often common sense and make living alongside the building’s other residents easier. It is important to respect the rest of the neighbours. Therefore, we ask our guests to avoid any noisy activities, especially between 11 PM and 8 AM and in any case to not play loud music or shout etc. To respect the rest of the neighbours, parties and the entry of non-guests are prohibited. It is essential to make proper use of the common areas and to respect norms of neighbourly behaviour both in the apartment and in the building itself.
Non-compliance. Serious and/or repeated failure by the client to fulfil the conditions established above gives Weflating the right to require that the apartment be vacated immediately, without any compensation.

In Hostel in Barcelona 4.68€

In Hospitalet Apartment 0.66€

per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights.

Turistic Tax is not included in the rental price of the apartment and your check-in agent will ask for this to be paid.
