The wooden floors and modern decoration give this apartment a homely atmosphere. The living room is spacious with a large comfortable sofa, coffee table and modern TV. An ideal place to relax and make memories with your friends or family after a long day of sightseeing. The modern kitchen is connected with the living room and is fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer dryer, and all the necessary utensils so you can prepare your own meals and enjoy them at the beautiful modern dining table with 6 chairs.
The sleeping arrangement of this Barcelona apartment consist of three bedrooms. The quiet master bedroom has a
comfortable double bed, a large window to the indoor courtyard and a TV. The second bedroom also very quiet and with twin beds. These rooms share a modern bathroom with large shower. Finally, the third bedroom is located next to the living area, has bunk beds and a bathroom right next door. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating, to assure a comfortable stay in any season, reliable internet connection, elevator and concierge in the building.

WEFLATING Upper Diagonal, a unique apartments in a family district near pleasant residential Diagonal Avenue area and walking distance to the famous FC Barcelona Camp Nou. All the apartments are well connected with the main city tourist attractions by either walking distance, bus or metro in less than 20 minutes.

You will be just a few steps away from a big shopping mall called L'Illa with a wide variety of shops, restaurants and bars. The area is safe and nice with all the facilities you might need during your stay: restaurants, pharmacy, supermarkets, bakery, public parkings if you come with your car, and all this at walking distance.

Reaching the apartments from the airport it is also very convenient since the train station is only 10 minutes away from the apartment. If you are travelling for business, main congress venues or hotels are also walking distance from the apartment. Finally the important Hospital Clinic is also walking distance from the apartment.

A few instructions to make it easier for you to reach the apartments:

From Barcelona Airport:

1)TAXI: To take a taxi directly from the airport to the apartment takes around 20 min and costs between 30€-35€ depends on how much luggage and traffic. Taxis are usually for 4 people, please contact us in case you need a transfer from the airport.

2) AEROBUS/BUS: Aerobus is a shuttle bus service that links Barcelona airport to the centre. Every 5-10 minutes there is a bus departing from both terminals. To go to these apartments best stop is PLAÇA ESPAÑA (first stop) and probably a taxi is best option (less than 10€).

3) TRAIN: The train only departs from Terminal 2, so if you arrive to Terminal 1 you have to take the shuttle bus between the two terminals. The train service runs approximately every 30 minutes and costs 4€. To reach the apartment you should take the train until SANTS ESTACIO and from there you can take a taxi (less than 10€) or walk to the apartments, around 15 minutes walk .

You are in the district of Les Corts, the must-see of this neighborhood is the Plaça de Concordia, which houses the Església Maria de Deu del Remei. The place lives up to its name in the middle of a pedestrian area with restaurants, bars and small businesses. It is a quiet retreat from the busy streets of Les Corts, a meeting point for locals and place. The jewel of the district of Les Corts is the Camp Nou. The stadium of FC Barcelona is one of the most famous stadiums in the world and many tourists come to see it, at least from the outside. During your stay you can include some activities offered by the Camp Nou like going to watch a game or visit the museum and the stadium. Les Corts has some small restaurants that are worth the Piscolabis restaurant and Negro-Rojo restaurant, located in the middle of Diagonal Avenue. Nightlife is not the forte of this neighborhood, but if you have a room known indie and rock called Sala Bikini, located just behind the L'illa shopping center, and very close to your apartment, is the signature room Luz de Gas, which has two floors, a stage and four bars at your disposal. Another interesting source of entertainment is in Cinesa Diagonal, where you can enjoy the latest movie releases, accompanied by a good range of restaurants, and even a gym DIR chain.

Information about the keys	The day of departure leave the keys on the apartment table. Losing the keys or leaving them in the inner lock has a cost of > €50/€70.	Taxi service	Transfers to the airport with no extra fees (under taximeter) can be booked for you. Please notify us 24h in advance via email or phone call.
Damages are not included	Please respect and take care of everything in the apartment. Guests are responsible for replacement or repair costs of any item in the apartment that they have damaged (e.g a broken window, damaged furniture, missing kitchenware, etc). You are required to provide a credit card number as a guarantee.
Cleaning apartment	Please put your rubbish in the containers outside between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. and wash your dishes before departure. More than one rubbish bag in the apartment incurs a penalty of €50. You cannot take the towels to the beach. We have extra towels for €6.
